Breathwork Classes and Sessions Near You

Breathwork Therapy

I guide heart-centered breathwork sessions designed to help you gently release stress, reconnect with your body, and rediscover your inner calm. Whether we meet on Zoom or in the comfort of your home, each session is a safe and supportive space to breathe, feel, and heal.

Why Breathwork?

Your breath is more than just a life force—it’s a doorway to emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and personal transformation.

Through intentional breath patterns, we invite the body to relax, the mind to quiet, and long-held emotional tension to soften. You don’t have to force anything. The breath does the work—while I gently hold space for whatever arises.

Breathwork Supports:

Stress & anxiety relief
Emotional processing & trauma release
Burnout recovery
Grief, life transitions, and inner growth
Reconnection to self, clarity, and calm

FAQ

  • Breathwork is a guided practice of intentional breathing that helps release stress, regulate the nervous system, and connect more deeply to yourself. It’s a gentle yet powerful tool to support emotional healing, restore balance in the body, and create space for clarity and peace.

  • Each session begins with grounding and intention setting. I’ll guide you through a calming breath pattern while holding a supportive, nonjudgmental space. You may feel physical sensations, emotional release, or deep stillness. We always end with integration—through rest, reflection, or gentle conversation.

  • Not at all. Whether this is your first time or you’ve explored breathwork before, I’ll meet you where you are. My sessions are designed to be accessible, nurturing, and tailored to your comfort level.

  • Private sessions (via Zoom or in your home) offer personalized support and space to go deeper. These are ideal for emotional processing, trauma healing, or life transitions.Group sessions (offered in Conroe, The Woodlands, and Houston) provide a shared, supportive space to breathe in community—perfect for those seeking calm, connection, and collective energy.

  • Most sessions are 60 to 75 minutes. This allows time for grounding, active breathing, and integration. Group sessions may vary slightly depending on the location and structure.

  • Wear something comfortable that allows you to relax fully. For in-person sessions, you may want a blanket, pillow, or eye mask. For Zoom sessions, find a quiet space where you can lie down undisturbed.

  • Breathwork is generally safe and supportive, but if you have a medical condition (especially cardiovascular issues, pregnancy, or epilepsy), please consult with your doctor first. I can also adapt the breath technique to support your unique needs.

  • Yes. Breathwork helps calm the nervous system and gently release stored tension. Many of my clients experience less anxiety, greater emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of self-trust over time.

  • That depends on your needs. Some people benefit from weekly sessions during times of transition, while others drop in monthly to maintain emotional clarity and calm. We’ll co-create a rhythm that feels supportive to you.

  • You can begin by booking a free discovery call to explore your goals and see if we’re a good fit. Or, if you’re ready to dive in, go ahead and schedule a private or group session.

  • Trauma doesn’t just live in the mind—it lives in the body. When we experience overwhelming events or long-term stress, the body often holds on to unprocessed emotions like fear, grief, or shame. Breathwork creates a gentle pathway for these stored patterns to surface and move through, without needing to talk about them or re-live the story.Through conscious breathing, we activate the parasympathetic nervous system (your body’s rest-and-restore mode), helping you shift from survival states (like fight, flight, or freeze) into calm and safety. This shift is what allows the body to finally let go.

  • Everyone’s experience is different. Some people release tears or tension in the body, others feel waves of peace or spaciousness. Sometimes nothing dramatic happens at all—but that doesn’t mean the work isn’t happening. Breathwork meets you where you are. There’s no right way to release; your body will guide the process when it feels safe enough to do so.

  • No. That’s one of the most supportive things about breathwork—it bypasses the mind. You don’t have to explain, rehash, or even fully understand what your body is holding. Through intentional breathing and somatic awareness, the body leads the healing. All I do is gently guide and hold space for what arises.

  • Breathwork can bring emotions or sensations to the surface, which is why it’s important to work with a trauma-informed guide. I create a safe, attuned space and check in often to ensure you feel grounded and supported. You are always in control—you can pause, slow down, or return to a calming breath at any time. Your safety and comfort come first.

  • Breathwork is a powerful complement to therapy, but it isn’t a replacement for mental health treatment. Many clients find that combining breathwork with therapy deepens their healing, especially when trauma feels “stuck” in the body. If you’re currently working with a therapist, breathwork can support your emotional processing and somatic integration.
