What Is Somatic Breathwork?

Somatic breathwork blends conscious connected breathing with attuned body awareness. “Somatic” means tuning into your body. Rather than intellectualizing your experience, we allow intentional breath to guide sensations, emotions, and energy to surface—so your nervous system and body can begin to unwind and release deep somatic holds.
